2021 COVID-19 Registration Policy
All entries are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE to another athlete and NON-DEFERRABLE to a future event, unless otherwise stated by Dynamic Race Events Ltd.
By registering for an event, you are AGREEING to ALL of Dynamic Race Events Ltd.’s policies and acknowledge that these policies are applied, without prejudice, to all registered athletes.
If the event you have registered for in 2021 is unable to take place due to COVID-19 and/or GLOBAL PANDEMIC, athlete options are as follows:
- Free entry in lieu of in virtual event OR
- Free entry deferral to 2022 event OR
- Free event transfer to another 2021 series event
If the participant is from outside Canada and is not permitted to travel to Canada due to a Canadian government regulation banning such travel DUE TO COVID-19 and/or GLOBAL PANDEMIC:
- Free entry in lieu of in virtual event OR
- Free deferral to 2022 event OR
- Free event transfer to another 2021 series event OR
- 75% refund of base registration fee (base registration fee does not include processing fees or optional insurance)
